Welcome Home Jameson

"I'm going to teach him how to shoot a bow!" Josiah declares as he is holding Jameson for the first time. Jada covers him with a blanket and wants to know if she can feed him.  Juliet just wants to touch his feet.  For now, her hugs are not quite delicate enough for Jameson.
It's definitely going to be an adjustment, but this time will fly by very quickly.

They all love touching him. Especially his head.  Jada wants to hold him all the time.  She wants to "Mother" him.  It's really cute, but we have to watch her so "mothering" doesn't turn into "smothering" by accident.

Any loud noises really frighten him, but I knew that was going to happen.  He was very jumpy while in the womb. When we lay him down flat, he seems to get congested.  I ended up moving out to the couch last night, so I could hold him in a reclined position, to help with the congestion.  This happened to Juliet when she was a new born too, however her congestion didn't start until about 7 weeks old.  As long as he is sleeping at an angle, he does fine.

Everybody loves giving him kisses!

He is a great nurser, and is sleeping well.  He wakes about every two hours to eat.  He only cries when he is being changed, or when he is hungry.
We are all excited Jameson is finally here!
