I have such a hard time with Jada's hair. It is very fine, straight and thin. If I don't pull it back, it's constantly in her face and looks very messy, even if it has just been combed. I try to keep the front part of her hair in a french braid to keep it out of her eyes. If I do a tight enough braid it will stay in for a few days. That works well for us.
I decided to try something different today, a french crown braid. It turned out OK considering it was the first time I have ever really tried something like this with her hair. I can see where I went wrong. It's going to take some practice to make it look good.
She was such a little trooper, she held very still the whole time.
Wow!! That looks very nice!! What a great way to fix a child's hair that is fine and thin!!
