  I believe homemaking is becoming a lost art.  My generation and the generations after me are just not being taught how to keep a home.  When I first got married, I didn't know what I was doing.  After reading LOTS of books, and some help from family and friends,  I am starting to get the hang of it. I am hoping to be able to compile tips and ideas to pass on to my girls. 

Home  Organization
I have read a fair share of organizational  books.  By far, the best one I have read is Large Family Logistics.  It's very complete, and if you are not sure where to start it will tell you.  I read it about a year ago, and I still use some of the helpful ideas I learned from it. Don't let the name fool you, I wish I had this book before I got married and had kids.  If you are having a hard time getting your house organized, this book is one of the first places where I would start.

  If you are just starting out on your cloth diapering adventure it can be very confusing.  I remember being so confused by all the different terminology.  What I am going to try to do, is post pictures of the different cloth diapering systems and talk about the pro and cons of each system.
