33 Weeks

I know I am a day late on my update.  We spent yesterday really focusing and spending time with our little ones.
Not much is new. I'm still having lots of braxton-hicks contractions, some are starting to become painful. My mid wife is skeptical I will make it to 37 weeks. You never know though, baby Jameson may surprise us and stay in the longest out of all my babies.  (The longest any of them stayed in was 38 1/2 weeks, that was Jada).

Juliet vs Teething

A MOLAR just popped up in poor Juliet's mouth.
She is a bit cranky, but doing well. You can see in the picture on the left that her cheeks are a bit red.

Josiah vs The Vacuum

I am not allowed to vacuum, and the house was in dire need of vacuuming. I was going to have Josiah help me push the vacuum, but he said he wanted to try vacuuming by himself this time.  He did a good job, considering he is only four, it was the first time all by himself, and the vacuum is very heavy.  Yes, he is vacuuming in his boxer briefs. We are a little off schedule today.

Jada vs The Evil Eczema

I wish I could have gotten a better pic.
Jada has not had eczema, since I cut out gluten and limited dairy. That has been over a year. Yeah!

Well, silly me bought some yogurt the other day at the store.  I bought two containers, which were gobbled up by the kids in just a few days. Today I was looking at Jada, and that's when I saw it, the dreaded, evil patch of eczema on her arm. She ended up having some on both arms, and a tiny patch near her armpit.  Thankfully it's not that bad, and I should be able to clear it up with a lot of lotion.

Yikes, I won't be doing that again.

BumGenius 4.0 Cloth Diapers

The BumGenius 4.0 cloth diapers are my absolute favorite cloth diaper. I wish I would have tried these out in the first place. They are a pocket diaper, so they require stuffing. They have a stay dry lining, which I love, others may not. They come with two different microfiber inserts, infant and regular. Both the 4.0's and the Flip diaper cover have stretchy tabs on them, which I also love. It allows for more movement, but without leaking. They are a one size diaper, which means you adjust them as your baby grows. So you don't have to keep buying different sizes. They are suppose to fit babies from 7 to 35 pounds These diapers are one of the top reviewed cloth diapers I have seen. The only con I can think of is they would be a little too bulky for a newborn.

32 Weeks- Waddling or Is it Walking with Style

What a week! Phew! Everyone is doing much better now.  No more vomiting, and thankfully not everyone got sick. We are getting back to our regular schedule.
The waddling walking with unique style has began, however, it only happens when I am having a contraction, or at the end of the day, when my body is screaming for the day to be over. I have started weekly Dr. visits.  They just want to make sure the contractions and pressure I have been feeling aren't doing anything. Also, since we live almost an hour and a half from a hospital, they are being cautious.

Jameson should be almost 4 pounds and a little over 16 1/2 inches

The Kids vs The Stomach Bug

We are going into the forth or fifth day of the vomit marathon. Before the stomach bug hit we were hit by a cold.  The kids didn't even have a chance to recuperate.  Poor Jada, this is her fourth morning throwing up. We are able to keep her hydrated, and some food down. If she doesn't feel better soon we will be going to the Dr.  Josiah is finally feeling better. Juliet doesn't seem too sick. She had one little spit up, and vomited a bit last night.  I am hoping she does not get this.  Thankfully Justin was able to stay home with me yesterday.  While he was home, he did all the laundry, cleaned up, disinfected surfaces, and took care of sick kids. I know, I am blessed.
It's amazing how differently their bodies handled this stomach bug. Josiah is like Justin and me.  He vomits, and then has stomach cramping in between vomiting.  Jada on the other hand, vomits and then seems perfectly fine until she has to vomit again.  In between vomiting, if someone saw her they would never know she was sick.
With  the lack of sleep and not feeling well, attitudes have been pretty bad. We are going to have to do some serious attitude changing today, both on the kids part and my part.
Hopefully the stomach bug is on it's way out.

Ridin' along on my tricycle

Mimi aka Great Grandma sent the kids a trike with a covered wagon.  They were so excited for Dad to put it together.  Josiah was a trooper, he helped even though he was having stomach cramps from being sick.  Josiah was able to pull both Jada and Juliet in the wagon. Juliet squealed with delight when Josiah started pedaling. They all love their new toy!

31 Weeks-Contractions and Sick Kids

Contractions, contractions, contractions!  I have been having lots of contractions this week.  I did get checked out, and they don't appear to be doing anything,  which is fantastic. We definitely don't want them doing anything yet.
This week has really been exhausting.  A cold swept through the house. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as it could have been. However, now that the cold symptoms have cleared up in the kids, it looks like they might have some sort of stomach bug.  Jada is vomiting, and Josiah has it coming out the other end. YIKES!  Hopefully later today, they will be feeling better.
